On April 30, 2026, the renewal agreement of the Federculture sector contract for the 2022-2024 triennium was signed. Following the negotiations, several regulatory updates were defined, the tabular renewal was established at 7.5% starting from December 2024, and the payment of arrears for the period from January 1, 2022 to November 30, 2024 was due. The resources in the health insurance policy have been doubled, allowing a significant increase in health benefits for employees.
Furthermore, from July 1, 2026, the new classification system will come into effect. The contract renewal negotiation for the 2025-2027 triennium will start on May 26, 2026. Fp-Cgil will present the following themes for the negotiation platform: the adjustment of tabular wages, rules on trade union representation, and the improvement of working conditions, including health and safety.
