On May 19, 2026, the employer side Agidae and the unions Flc-Cgil, Cisl-Scuola, Federazione Uil-Scuola Rua, Snals-Confsal and Sinasca signed an agreement on wage adjustments for the CCNL Agidae School 2024/2027 for the 2nd biennial economic period 2026/2027. New minimum total wages ahe been divided into 4 tranches:
– 1st of September 2026
– 1st of January 2027
– 1st of September 2027
– 1st of December 2027
The following table gives the increase and new minimum wage from September 1, 2026, to December 1, 2027, per level:
1st Level: The increase on September 1, 2026, is 12.54, making the new minimum wage 1,686.20. On January 1, 2027, the increase is 14.42, making the new minimum 1,700.62. On September 1, 2027, the increase will be 14.98, making the new minimum 1,715.60. On December 1, 2027, the increase will be 15.58, making the new minimum 1,731.18.
2nd Level: The raise on September 1, 2026, is 14.31, making the new minimum wage 1,734.18. On January 1, 2027, the increase is 16.33, making the new minimum 1,750.51. On September 1, 2027, the increase will be 16.82, making the new minimum 1,767.33. On December 1, 2027, the increase will be 17.34, making the new minimum 1,784.67.
