On April 28, 2026, trade unions Fieg, Asig, Fistel-Cisl, Slc-Cgil, and Uilcom-Uil met for the renewal of the National Collective Labor Agreement for Graphic Art Workers. During the meeting, the unions proposed some adjustments, such as parental leave, bonus regulations, and remote work policies, in line with new legislations.
Regarding personnel classification, they proposed to set up a joint committee with negotiating power, which can assess and implement changes during the contract’s term. Similarly, it was proposed to set up a joint committee to deal with artificial intelligence, copyright, and algorithm negotiation issues.
The employer associations asked to increase the causes for fixed-term contracts and percentages.
Finally, an economic proposal was presented, which, as the starting point for the negotiations, recognizes the Consumer Price Index (IPCA) for the period from 2023 to 2025.
The next meeting is scheduled for May 19, 2026.
