On May 11, 2026, a meeting was held between Ance Rieti, the Union of Industrialists and Companies of Rome, Frosinone, Latina, Rieti, Viterbo, Feneal-Uil Rieti-Viterbo, Filca-Cisl Lazio Nord, and Fillea-Cgil of Rieti-Roma to verify the territorial indicators and subsequently determine the variable element of the remuneration (E.V.R) for the year 2026 at the provincial level.
The parties determined the value of the E.V.R according to the criteria and methods as per Article 38 of the CCNL. It was set at 4% of the minimum wage in effect as of July 1, 2023.
The E.V.R for workers effective from January 1, 2026, was established as follows:
For a common worker, the wage as of July 1, 2023, was 5.71, and the E.V.R was determined to be 39.49. For a qualified worker, the wage and E.V.R were 6.68 and 46.21 respectively. The wage for a specialized worker was 7.42, and their E.V.R was 51.34. The highest-level workers had a wage of 7.99 and an E.V.R of 55.29.
For employees, the E.V.R figures effective from January 1, 2026:
– Level 1 had an original wage of 987.36, with their E.V.R set at 39.49.
– Level 2 had figures of 1.155.21 and 46.21.
– Level 3 had 1.283.56 and 51.34.
– Level 4 had 1.382.31 and 55.29.
– Level 5 had 1.481.02 and 59.24.
– Level 6 had 1.777.23 and 71.09.
– Level 7 had 1.974.71 and 78.99, respectively.
The E.V.R is calculated before any potential deductions from the law. Therefore, it will not have any further impact on other contractual or legal institutions of any kind, either direct or indirect, nor on the TFR (severance pay), per Article 2120 of the civil code.
As per the provision of Article 12 of the CCPL of October 1, 2025, if due and in the amount resulting from the verification of company parameters, E.V.R is paid monthly to active employees according to the rules in force for the remuneration institutes with monthly pay for employees and hourly for workers.
