On April 29, 2026, a variable compensation agreement was signed between the Unione Parmense degli Industriali, Fillea-Cgil of Parma, Filca-Cisl of Parma and Piacenza, and Feneal-Uil Emilia Romagna. The agreement is based on the following parameters:
1. The number of workers enrolled in the Cassa Edile scheme (30%)
2. Total salaries reported to the Cassa Edile (30%)
3. Total hours reported (20%)
4. Relationship between the hours of integration fund and the total hours reported to the Cassa Edile (20%).
Under this accord, the maximum payable amount of E.V.R., as agreed upon in national collective bargaining, is 4% of the minimum rates in force as of January 1, 2018.
The parties agree that the E.V.R. pertaining to the year 2025 is due according to the gross amounts listed below, differentiated for deployment level, and to be disbursed at the following times: the first with the salary of June 2026, the second with the July 2026 salary, the third with the August 2026 salary, and the fourth with the September 2026 salary.
For companies with both business indicators even or positive (E.V.R. 2025 – June, July, August, September 2026), the gross amounts for 7 levels range from level 7 = 161.34, level 6 = 145.22, level 5 = 121.00, level 4 = 112.94, level 3 = 104.93, level 2 = 94.39, to level 1 = 80.67, pro-rated.
Alternately, for businesses with only a single business indicator even or positive (E.V.R. 2025 – June, July, August, September 2026), the gross amounts for 7 levels adopted are as follows: level 7 = 80.67, level 6 = 72.61, level 5 = 60.50, level 4 = 56.47, level 3 = 52.47, level 2 = 47.20, to level 1 = 40.34, pro-rated.
