On May 26th, 2026, an agreement was signed by Anpit National Association for Industry and Tertiary, Unica and CISAL Tertiary under the guidance of Cisal. The agreement detailed the Advance on Future Contractual Increases, to be granted to workers who apply for the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL), “Professional Studies and Insurance Agencies”, which will expire by December 31, 2025.
In tandem with the lump-sum compensation to balance the lack of I.V.C., the agreement is set to be implemented starting June 1st, 2026. The Advance on Future Contractual Increases (AFAC) substitutes and improves the I.V.C. for the workers. The provision of AFAC, in gross full-time value for various work role levels, has been stated in the agreement as:
– Executive Level: € 166.44
– A1: € 142.17
– A2: € 126.22
– B1 and 1st Category Sales Operator: € 113.04
– B2 and 2nd Category Sales Operator: € 101.25
– C1 and 3rd Category Sales Operator: € 90.85
– C2 and 4th Category Sales Operator: € 83.22
– D1: € 76.98
– D2: € 69.35
The AFAC must also be granted to apprentice workers, based on their level of wage classification, and part-time workers, proportional to their decreased performance index.
To compensate for the expiry period of the CCNL and the delayed provision of Contractual Vacation Indemnity, a lump-sum “Una Tantum” will be recognized for workers stemming from the previous CCNL. This “Una Tantum” for the entire contractual expiry period (from April 2026 to May 2026) would be recognized in a pro-rata basis in case of recruitment/termination of the employee during this period.
Apprentices should also be recognized for the “Una Tantum”, based on their level of wage classification, and must be proportionate in case of part-time work. The detailed payment provision for the “Una Tantum”, to be paid in two tranches in July and November 2026, is as follows:
