Until November 15, 2024, it is possible to apply for a grant to help with rent payments. Ebinter Milano has established the provision of a contribution, for the year 2024, for employees of companies in the Tertiary, Distribution, and Services sectors, in order to provide assistance for the payment of rent for residential properties located in the Metropolitan City of Milan and the province of Monza Brianza. The beneficiaries of the contribution are permanent employees, including apprentices and fixed-term workers with contracts of less than 9 months, who meet certain criteria: they work in the Metropolitan City of Milan and the province of Monza-Brianza; they have been employed by employers in good standing with the payment of contributions to the Entity for at least 12 months at the time of submitting the application; they are employees of employers who fully apply the Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Tertiary, Distribution, and Services sectors, both economically, legally, and obligatory; they have a Household Income and Property Indicator (ISEE) of up to 32,000.00 euros valid for the current year. The grant, amounting to 250.00 euros, is paid to only one member of the household, who has a lease contract registered with the Revenue Agency for at least 6 months and up to a maximum of 3 months. The application must be submitted using the online form available on the Entity’s website with the required documentation. Applications must be submitted from September 17 to November 15, 2024, either by registered mail or in person at Ebinter Milano. The outcome of accepted requests will be communicated by January 24, 2025.
