CCNL Metalworking and related sectors: salary increases announced

On November 25, 2024, the Social Parties signed the supplementary report to the agreement proposal for November 19, 2024, for the renewal of the National Collective Labor Contract in sectors such as Mechanical and Systems Installation, Goldsmiths, Denitists, and Restoration of cultural heritage. The minimum wages for employees in these sectors were discussed and agreed upon.

For the Metal Mechanics and Systems Installation sector, the wages were as follows:

Level:
From Dec 1, 2024 to Nov 1, 2026, the wages varied from 2,018.11 for the highest level (1Q and 1) to 1,475.92 for the lowest level (6), experiencing periodic increases.

For the Goldsmiths, Silversmiths and Similar sector wages were as follows:

The wages varied from 2,019.31 for the highest level (1Q and 1) to 1,468.44 for the lowest level (6), also experiencing periodic increases from Dec 1, 2024, till Nov 1, 2026.

In the sector of Restoration of cultural heritage:

From Dec 1, 2024 to Nov 1, 2026, the wages ranged from 2,678.96 for the highest level (Quadro super and Quadro) to 1,587.30 for the lowest level (6), increasing periodically.

In the Dental sector:

The wages varied from 2,103.82 for the highest level (1 S) to 1,413.52 for the lowest level (6), experiencing periodic increases from Dec 1, 2024 to Nov 1, 2026.

It is important to note that these amounts are inclusive of the AFAC recognized with the agreement of December 21, 2023.
