On November 26, a preliminary agreement was signed between Fism and Flc.Cgil, Cisl-Scuola and Snals-Confsal for the renewal of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for staff employed in early childhood and pre-school services of the schools and institutions affiliated or represented by Fism. The parties agreed that the supply contract can only be used for fixed-term relationships in the following cases: for particular peaks of activity, for the performance of services and jobs that require particular skills, or for the performance of pre-set activities in time, by December 31, 2025 (in the event of non-renewal).
In addition, a sum of 200 Euros has been established to be used as a welfare tool until December 31, 2025, for all workers in force at the date of signing or hired by December 31, 2024. This includes those with an open-ended contract and those on a fixed-term contract of at least three months during the course of 2024. The amount is readjusted in the case of part-time work.
