The trade unions Filctem-Cgil, Femca-Cisl, and Uiltec-Uil have proposed a platform for contract renewal for the 2025-2027 National Collective Labour Contract (CCNL) for the Energy and Oil sectors. This platform will be defined on February 11, in an assembly process. Among the key points discussed is the need to further involve workers in corporate decisions and to initiate a study with opponents on the classification system in light of technological advancements such as artificial intelligence, digital transactions, and energy transitions.
Additionally, there is an emphasis on the need to establish coordination of the RLSA / RSU in all workplaces of the contracting station and third-party companies. In terms of training, the focus is on defining a training booklet for skills certification.
Regarding the salary component, from January 1, 2025, the inflation offset defined by the Parties for the two-year period 2022-2023 must be provided. This proposal is likely to generate significant interest from those within the industry and prompt discussions on the future of work in these sectors. Technological advancements and the impending energy transition will require new skills and training for workers and this platform proposal is a clear recognition of this fact.
