Riassunto dell’incontro tra CCNL Enel e le OO.SS.

On December 17, 2024, different labor unions, including E-Distribuzione, Filctem, Flaei, and Uiltech, reviewed the commitments made in agreements ratified in April and September of the same year. This review confirmed that in terms of job creation for the period from 2024 to 2026, 559 workers, plus an additional eight from production, were hired, making a total of 1,142 resources added for that year. In addition to the aforementioned figures, there were 356 employees and technicians from other groups within the company, bringing the overall total to 1,142 new hires.

At the start of the following year, there are plans for around 100 transitions from worker to technician and employee, moving into specialized units such as MS, TS, CO, and Verification. Additionally, plans are set for further 330 transitions towards technical activities of the U.T. in 2025 and 2026.

An initial plan is also in place involving eight U.T. units (SV, NA, NU, FR, PR, TP, VE, CZ) which will undergo additional training and staff integration. This entails the internalization of certain tasks involving: BT components, BT line and air sockets, secondary cabins, PTP, aerial lines, and MT components.

Another meeting was scheduled for January to address the issue of the professional evolution of network technicians, and to clarify some points after the assembly held with LST workers regarding the agreement signed on November 6th. Labor unions guaranteed that negotiations for the renewal of the sector contract would commence in January.
