The trade unions Fabi, First-Cisl, Fisac-Cgil, Uilca-Uil and Unisin have signed the Platform for the renewal of the National Collective Labor Contract for executive managers and professional areas staff employed by Agency Revenue Collection and Equitalia Justice, with several significant requests.
They demand a reduction of the weekly working hours to 35 hours and counter service time to 6 hours, with an expansion to flexible hours. There’s a call to eliminate specialist activities outlined in declarations regarding professional status.
Concerning training, unions ask that an additional 26 annual hours to be compensated and carried out during working time with appropriate justification. They also request for the establishment of a national bilateral and parity committee on the impact of new technologies/digitalization with respect to Artificial Intelligence.
As for vacations, they’re calling for an acknowledgment of an additional day off for all employees. On the economic side, there is a demand for a 15% increase in all economic items and an extension of health care to all workers with a minimum of 500.00 euros.
