On January 13th, Italian trade unions Filctem-Cgil, Flaei-Cisl, and Uiltec-Uil unanimously approved a proposal for the renewal of the National Collective Labor Contract (CCNL) for workers in the electricity sector for 2025-2027, which expired on 31 December.
The overall financial request (TEC) presented by the trade unions to the employer counterparts for the three-year period amounts to €335.00 on the average reference parameter. The proposal has been sent directly to Elettricità Futura, Utilitalia, and Energia Libera, to begin negotiations as quickly as possible.
According to the unions, the renewal of the CCNL is necessary to improve income conditions; this is aimed at restoring the purchasing power of salaries and strengthening contractual welfare.
