The Cisl-Fp announced on January 24, 2025, the successful renewal of the CCNL Uneba 2023-2025 for workers in the sociosanitary and assistance sector, following the preliminary agreement in December. The renewal brings changes on both economic and regulatory fronts.
Economically, the agreement average gross increase of 10.4% for the 4S level, equating to €145.00, divided across three installments: €70.00 from October 2024, €50.00 from July 2025, and €25.00 from March 2026. The table that follows lists the salaries corresponding to each level.
From regulatory considerations, the agreement adopts a new classification of personnel, which includes professional roles such as educators, assigned to the unified level 3S, OSS with the unique level 4S, and the abolition of the 7th level for cleaning and fatigue staff. Maternity leave is fully paid, and workers are compensated for 15 minutes of dressing time.
The renewal also introduces measures to combat gender harassment and promote inclusion in the workplace. Contract terms for fixed-term contracts have been amended with a higher stabilization threshold increased to 30%, providing more security to temp workers.
Starting from January 1, 2026, employers will have to pay an additional €2.00 for supplementary healthcare.
