On January 14, 2025, the Federpol and Fesica-Confsal unions signed an agreement to increase the salaries of employees who work in private investigation institutes and subsidiary or supplementary security agencies. This three-year agreement will be effective from January 1, 2025, and expire on December 31, 2027.
The parties agreed to reconvene at the end of 2026 to reassess the salary adjustments according to the changes in the IPCA index. It was decided that six months after the expiration of the CCNL, an allowance equal to 50% of the inflation rate applied to the minimum wage on the table would be granted.
Furthermore, the renewal establishes new minimum wages, which will be dispensed in two tranches: January 1, 2025, and January 1, 2026. The amounts for the different levels are detailed in the table below:
On January 1, 2025, the minimum wage for ‘Quadro’ level will be 1,922.00, which will increase to 1,950.00 on January 1, 2026. For the 1st level, the minimum wage will be 1,742.00, increasing to 1,770.00.
The 2nd level employees will receive 1,552.00, which will rise to 1,580.00. The 3rd level minimum wage will be 1,462.00, increasing to 1,490.00, while the ‘4th level Super’ will receive 1,422.00, which will increase to 1,450.00.
At the 4th level, the minimum wage will be 1,362.00, rising to 1,390.00. The ‘5th level Super’ will receive 1,302.00, which will increase to 1,330.00. At the 5th level, the minimum will be 1,262.00, increasing to 1,290.00.
The 6th level employees will receive 1,202.00, rising to 1,230.00. Lastly, at the 7th level, the minimum wage will be 1,122.00, increasing to 1,150.00 on January 1, 2026.
