The refund requests pertain to expenditure on sports activities, public transportation, and university tax fees. Ebipro has further clarified the conditions under which refunds are admitted for these categories:
– For “sports activities” and “public transportation,” only expenditure documents issued in the year 2024 (as indicated on the invoice) are eligible for a refund.
– Regarding “university taxes,” only receipts of payment for university taxes and installments related to the academic year 2024/2025 are taken into consideration for the refund.
Therefore, respective applicants can submit their refund applications for these respective areas from February 1 to May 31, 2025, and they should ensure that the relevant receipts or documents align with the specified requirements.
