Following the recent signing of a tentative agreement, joint assemblies will be held from February 24, 2025. These meetings are in anticipation of the Approval Referendum for the collective agreement signed on January 23, 2025, for the renewal of the Industry’s National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the years 2023-2026. The National Secretariats of Slc-Cgil, Fistel-Cisl, Uilcom-Uil, Fnc-Ugl, Snater and Libersind-Confsal have scheduled joint assemblies. These will be held in person in all the Production Units of Rai.
The goal of these assemblies is to ensure maximum participation from all workers. They aim to provide a comprehensive understanding of both the renewal proposal and the Agreement on Work/Life Reconciliation. The application of this latter agreement hinges upon the approval of the contract proposal.
The first meeting is scheduled for February 24, 2025, and will be followed by other assemblies across all Headquarters and Production Centers. The Approval Referendum for the proposed agreement will take place on March 13 and 14, 2025, through online voting.
