Flc-Lbc, Feneal-Sgk/Uil, Filca-Sgb/Cisl, Fillea-Agb/Cgil, and Usas-Bau reached an agreement on January 21, 2025, to determine the variable payment element for employees and workers in the construction sector of Bolzano province for the year 2025. This agreement amended Article 4 of CIPL, pertaining to the EVR equivalent to 6% of the minimum amounts valid as of the signing date of the CCNL on March 3, 2022.
The results of indicators for determining the EVR have been reported as positive—meaning the maximum value of 100% will be recognized—although each business will proceed with the calculation of two company-specific parameters set out by CIPL on May 11, 2023. Table data also revealed the specific amount details related to the remuneration.
For hourly EVR for workers, four levels were highlighted, with level one having an amount of 0.33, level two having an amount of 0.38, level three having an amount of 0.43, and level four having an amount of 0.46.
For monthly EVR for employees, seven levels were identified. Level one had an amount of 56.84, level two of 66.51, level three of 73.89, level four of 79.58, level five of 85.26, level six of 102.31, and level seven having an amount of 113.68.
In conclusion, the agreement helps provide a structured approach to employee and worker compensation within the Bolzano province’s construction sector. Furthermore, it lays out detailed payment structures, offering clarity and transparency to all involved parties.
