The second installment of a ‘One-Off’ payment of 55.00 euros will be covered with the salary for March, as a measure to cover the contractual grace period from 1st January 2023 to 30th June 2024. This will only apply to workers who are employed as of 16th July 2024.
Apprentices will receive 70% of this amount, while it will be adjusted proportionally for cases concerning military service, part-time employment and negotiated suspensions due to lack of work. This payment will still be awarded to the worker in cases of resignation or dismissal as it has been calculated taking into account its impact on direct and indirect remuneration institutes, whether legally or contractually originated.
The ‘One-Off’ sum is excluded from the calculation base of the severance indemnity fund (TFR). Any amounts that have already been paid as title of future contractual improvements should be considered as advances of ‘One-Off’ payments. Therefore, these sums need to deducted from the aforementioned payment.
