In 2025, the amount of Variable Remuneration Element (EVR) in the territory of Avellino and its province is set at 100%. On February 24, 2025, Ance Avellino, Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl, and Fillea-Cgil of Avellino met to verify the four indicators established in the provincial integrated contract and to determine the variable element of the remuneration payable for 2025 at the provincial level. This evaluation was based on the actual working hours, applying what was provided for in articles 12, 38, and 46 of the National Collective Labor Agreement for construction industry dated July 1, 2014, and article 11 of the Provincial Integrated Contract (CIPL) signed on May 16, 2022.
Based on the data provided by the Edile Fund of the province of Avellino, the verification of the indicators was carried out comparing the three-year periods 2024-2023-2022 and 2023-2022-2021. For 2025, the EVR amount in Avellino’s territory and its province is equivalent to 100% of the maximum amount set by article 11 of the CIPL signed on May 16, 2022, and is therefore equal to 4% of the minimums in force on July 1, 2014.
For employees, the percentages of EVR payable and the actual EVR payable at the provincial level were calculated based on the basic salary as of July 1, 2014, for each category level from 7th to 1st. For instance, for the 7th level with a base pay of €1,630.71, the EVR percentage is 4%, making the payable EVR €65.23.
For workers, the same calculation was made based on their category level, with the 4th level workers having a base pay of €6.600 and an EVR of €0.264, specialized workers with a base pay of €6.130 having an EVR of €0.245, qualified workers with a base pay of €5.510 having an EVR of €0.220, and common workers with a base pay of €4.710 having an EVR of €0.188.
