The National Bilateral Body for Private Security has outlined regulations regarding a financial contribution provided for the assistance given to employees hired under the National Collective Labor Agreement for Private Security and Security Services. This assistance is utilized for the aid rendered towards a relative within the second degree or the spouse or part of a civil union in accordance with Art.1, paragraph 20, L.76/2016 or de facto cohabitant as per Art.1, co. 36, of the same law, who is in a serious disability situation, law n. 104/1992, art. 3 paragraph 3, even if they are full-time hospitalised or with 100% recognized disability. Furthermore, it extends to those who are themselves in a serious disability situation as per art. 3, co. 3, L. n.104/1992 or with 100% recognised disability.
The financial contribution can be requested for only one disabled relative in a serious situation, with the exception of children. In case of minors, the contribution is granted only in the presence of a disability in a serious state as per L. n. 104/1992, art. 3 paragraph 3 or accompanying allowance.
The Organisation will respond to applications within 90 days from the date of submission. The financial contribution amounts to 300.00 euros and can be provided in favour of the applicant only once in the reference year. This amount will be raised up to 500.00 euros if assistance is given to a underage child with a serious disability as per law n.104/1992, art. 3 paragraph 3, or an accompanying allowance.
Requests must be submitted online through the Organisation’s website, in the “Social Activities” > “NON self-sufficiency contribution 2025” > “Access online compilation” section, and via mail with a return receipt. The closing date to send contribution requests is November 15, 2025.
