Beginning on the 15th of April 2025, a new set of beneficiaries will be identified in accordance with the ranking lists (INPS, message 5 March 2025, n. 811). This move comes after the Minister of Health, in agreement with the Minister of Economy and Finance, approved on 17th December 2024 the allocation of additional resources to regions and autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano for the so-called “Psychologist Bonus”. The allocation amounts to 5 million euros for the year 2023 and was implemented pursuant to Article 22-bis of the Decree Law no. 145/2023, converted with amendments, by Law no. 191/2023. The allocation details can be found in Table 1 attached to the same Decree.
The selection and identification of additional beneficiaries will take place as per the order established in each region’s and autonomous province’s ranking lists. The process will take into account both the newly allocated resources and those left unused as of 7th April 2025. The total amount attributed will be the sum of these considerations.
The Institute will announce further information about the final ranking of beneficiary subjects and provide operational instructions on how to access this contribution through a subsequent message.
