On April 15, 2025, the Confapi Aniem, Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl and Fillea-Cigl Social Parties signed the renewal of the normative part and activated the minimum wages provided for in the assumption for an agreement dated March 24, 2025. Starting from October 1, 2025, new legislation regarding business travel applies across the whole national territory, therefore replacing also the territorial agreements.
A Social Parties joint commission comprising 12 members, including the General Secretaries and Union Organizations (supported by CNCE), was also established. This commission has been mandated for a duration of 6 months to define a unique denunciation model.
In the given agreement, the Parties have shared tables containing the new minimum wages, effective from the dates April 1, 2025, and March 1, 2027, respectively.
These minimum wages are organized by levels, with increases scheduled from April 1, 2025, and a second set of increases scheduled from March 1, 2027.
Starting on April 1, 2025, Level VII wages will increase by €200 to a new minimum of €2,175.96; Level VI will increase by €180 to a new minimum of €1,958.36; Level V will increase by €150 to a new minimum of €1,631.98; Level IV will increase by €140 to a new minimum of €1,523.17; Level III will increase by €130 to a new minimum of €1,414.38; Level II will increase by €117 to a new minimum of €1,272.94; and Level I will increase by €100 to a new minimum of €1,087.99.
Then, from March 1, 2027, the wages will further increase as follows: Level VII by €150 to a new minimum of €2,325.96; Level VI by €135 to a new minimum of €2,093.36; Level V by €112.50 to a new minimum of €1,744.48; Level IV by €105 to a new minimum of €1,628.17; Level III by €97.50 to a new minimum of €1,511.88; Level II by €87.75 to a new minimum of €1,360.69; and Level I by €75 to a new minimum of €1,162.99.
This initiative aims to guarantee workers in these categories receive a reasonable wage, in line with the economic times.
