Energy and Petroleum National Collective Labour Agreement: The Agreement Has Been Signed

The collective national labour agreement for workers in the Energy and Petroleum sector for the financial period 2025-2027 has been renewed. This agreement was signed by Confindustria Energia, Filctem-Cgil, Femca-Cisl, and Uiltec-Uil. Economically, an overall increase in Comprehensive Economic Value (TEC) of €330.00 is planned. This increase is divided as follows: €134.00 will be recovered from inflation (€100.00 from January 2025 and €34.00 from March 2025 on EDR); in December 2025, an additional €30.00 will be added to the minimum wage; in January 2026, a further €20.00 will be added to the minimum wage with €7.00 on EDR; in July 2026, an extra €55.00 increase will be seen; and finally, in July 2027, a further €65.00 will be added.

On the contractual welfare front, an additional €5.00 is foreseen which will be allocated to the Fasie Supplementary Health Assistance Fund. The agreement also involves more protective measures at the regulatory level, such as not counting the probation period for individuals affected by degenerative and oncological diseases. For workers, there is an increment of five more vacation days after five years of seniority, and from January 1, 2028, this increment will apply after three years.
