The social parties Federazione Trentina della Cooperazione of Trento, Confederdia, Fai-Cisl, Fisascat-Cisl, Flai-Cgil, Uila-Uil have signed a renewal of the contract for the employees of social wineries in the province of Trento. This contract is set to expire on December 31, 2028.
For the period between January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2028, the parties have agreed on a salary increase of 7.5% based on the salaries as of December 31, 2024. This increase will be distributed as follows: 2% from January 1, 2025, another 2% from January 1, 2026, a further 2% from January 1, 2027, and the final 1.5% from January 1, 2028.
The back pay from January 1, 2025, to March 31, 2025, has been paid with the April 2025 salaries to the employees who were in service as of April 11, 2025. This agreement represents a notable increase in the salary package for the employees of the social wineries, providing a significant boost to their financial stability over the next few years.
