The Italian Revenue Agency, in collaboration with First-Cisl, Fisac-Cgil, Uilca and Unisin, has officially set the company bonus for the year 2025. The bonus, which corresponds to the competences of June 2026, has been decided for the staff of the Professional Areas and the Executive Frames of the Italian Revenue Agency.
The bonus will take into account several factors, including the number of “ordinary” installment requests up to €120,000.00 granted within 10 days from the presentation of the request, and the amount of payments received through remote channels made available by the organization, including PagoPa. The average number of workers in the same period of reference, i.e., the 2025 financial year, will also be factored into the bonus calculation.
Please note that the granting of the company bonus is contingent upon the absence of any financial loss in the 2025 balance sheet. The following are the sums awarded for each level.
Level QD4 will receive a bonus of €4,040,
Level QD3 will receive a bonus of €3,422,
Level QD2 will receive a bonus of €3,050,
Level QD1 will receive a bonus of €2,870,
Level 3A4L will receive a bonus of €2,520,
Level 3A3L will receive a bonus of €2,345,
Level 3A2L will receive a bonus of €2,215,
Level 3A1L will receive a bonus of €2,100,
Level 2A3L will receive a bonus of €1,970,
Level 2A2L will receive a bonus of €1,895,
Level 2A1L will receive a bonus of €1,845,
And Level Unico will receive a bonus of €1,720.
This arrangement will help to ensure that the hard-working staff at the Italian Tax Agency are appropriately rewarded for their efforts throughout the 2025 financial year. The varying sums reflect the varying roles and responsibilities of the different levels within the organization, while the dependence of the bonus on the agency’s financial performance will motivate staff to strive for success in the coming year.
