On June 10, 2025, there was a discussion about changes in managerial positions, during which a draft circular was presented, containing syndical observations. Some modifications were made to this draft. It was clarified that any positions allocated by name are still available for other assignments.
In addition, a preference was introduced for managers who, following the downsizing of the school network, had been assigned to a location out of the province or a difficult one (such as a location more than 30 km away from the previous assignment or hard to reach due to topographical features).
One of the requests made by the trade union organizations was accepted: the Administration would disclose the band assigned to the school institutions. Therefore, a platform was presented that remains open until June 16, 2025, which will allow managers to update data on five indicators. Other data will be recovered directly from the SIDI system.
The data will be consolidated by the Regional School Offices (USR) by June 26, 2025. The deadline for the mobility application is set for July 1, 2025. For the purposes of defining the band’s score, only the information on the system as of June 16 is considered, thus making any subsequent changes irrelevant.
The profiling of school managers on the new platform follows an independent path, illustrated in the circular. The discussion about the definition of contingents, to identify the quota destined for interregional mobility, is still ongoing. Hence, the CISL School has asked for a further informative meeting as soon as the Administration has clarified its position.
In conclusion, the Administration has assured that it will provide the requested information, regarding even the definition of quotas between a regular and reserved competition, after the interregional mobility. It remains a priority to stay informed and up-to-date with these updates, ensuring that information is disseminated timely and accurately.
This initiative is part of a broader effort to increase transparency and streamline administrative processes, ultimately leading to a more efficient and effective public education system.
