In recent days, the sector trade unions Feneal, Filca, Fillea and the counterparts Confindustria Marmomacchine and Anepla have signed the hypothesis of renewal of the economic part of the CCNL Lapidei and excavation materials, applicable to approximately 30,000 workers in the sector. The specific pay increase established is 240.00 euros at the intermediate parameter (136) divided into three tranches of 80.00 euros, with effect from July 2025, July 2026, July 2027. Workers will also be recognized a one-time amount of 1,000.00 euros in welfare to be distributed in 4 tranches of 250.00 euros (July 2025, November 2025, July 2026 and November 2026).
From the point of view of supplementary pension, the Social Partners have defined an increase of 0.30% for the Arco fund (0.10% to be paid from 1 January 2026, 0.10% from 1 January 2027 and 0.10% from 1 January 2028) while, on the plan of supplementary health care, an increase of 3.00 euros to the Altea Fund starting from 1st January 2026.
By July, the Social Partners will meet to also define the regulatory part on which significant agreements have been reached, such as, for example, the increase in permits for children’s school enrolment, the increase in the days of bereavement leave, an additional day compared to the regulation on the occasion of child birth, the introduction of menstrual leave, and availability for an initiative against violence against women and in favor of gender equality.
