On June 12, an agreement endorsed by Federmeccanica, Asisstal, Fim, Fiom, Uilm established the new wage increases, travel allowances, and on-call allowances based on the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) of February 5, 2021. These defined new amounts will apply from June 1, 2025.
For the various levels, the minimums were set as follows:
– D1: 1,742.03
– D2: 1,931.78
– C1: 1,973.51
– C2: 2,015.24
– C3: 2,158.26
– B1: 2,313.34
– B2: 2,481.84
– B3: 2,770.74
– A1: 2,837.12
The parties additionally laid down new amounts for travel and on-call allowances. The travel allowance starting from June 1, 2025, is divided into:
– Full travel: 50.33
– Daily or evening meal portion: 12.99
– Overnight stay: 24.35
The on-call allowance, depending upon the day, covers daily and weekly compensations. For 16 working hours, the awards for level D1-D2-C1 are 5.76 for a working day, and 8.67 for a free day. The allowance for festive days is 9.37. The weekly compensation for six days is 37.47, and for six days including a holiday, it’s 38.17. For six days with a holiday and a free day, the reward is 41.08.
For level C2-C3, the daily allowance for working hours is 6.87, for a day off it’s 10.78, and for festive days 11.56. The weekly compensation for six working days is 45.13, 45.91 for six days which include a holiday, 49.82 for six days that include a holiday and a day off.
For B1 level and above, the daily allowance for working hours is 7.88, 12.98 for a free day, and 13.66 for a festive day. The weekly compensation for six working days is 52.38, 53.06 for six days with a holiday, and 58.16 for six days that include a holiday and a day off.
This agreement increases the wage minimums and revises the allowances for travel and on-call workers, providing a clear framework for compensation moving forward. With this detailed and standardized scale, employees at different levels will have firm guidelines of what they are entitled to when on the job, making work and wage negotiations more straightforward.
