Starting April 1, 2025, new minimum wages are in operation. This has been established through an agreement signed on May 13, 2025, by social parties Confimi Industria Edilizia, Federcepicostruzioni, Federterziario, Finco, Ugl, Ceuq, and Ancl. These new minimum wages have been recalibrated across all employment levels, as detailed in the table below.
From April 1, 2025, the minimum wages per employment level are:
– Level VII: €2,302.17
– Level VI: €2,063.45
– Level V: €1,719.54
– Level IV: €1,604.90
– Level III: €1,490.27
– Level II: €1,341.24
– Level I: €1,146.36
These changes are expected to impact workers across multiple industries and are a result of negotiations between representatives from various trade unions and industry groups. This measure aims to ensure fair wages for all workers, regardless of their employment level.
