The table provided outlines the scheduled salary increments that will be in effect starting from 1st June 2025. The predicted salary increases are detailed in an agreement signed on 17th June by Legacoop Produzione e Servizi, Concooperative Lavoro e Servizi, Agci Produzione e Lavoro, and Fim-Cisl, Fiom-Cgil, and Uilm-Uil (Concooperative Lavoro e Servizi, Agci Produzione e Lavoro reserve the right to sign, which will be broadcasted for dissolution of the reserve).
The tables divide the pay scale into increments spaced annually, from 1st June 2025 until 1st June 2028. Within each level of pay (from D1 to A1), the increases are detailed annually, cumulating to a total raise over four years- from 2025 to 2028. For instance, a D1 level employee who makes a minimum of 1.719,67 will receive increments of 31,39 in 2025, 32,08 in 2026, 32,88 in 2027 and 33,50 in 2028. The total combined increment over the four years will add up to 141,75. At Level A1, the increments progressively increase from 58,72 in 2025 to 62,31 in 2028, adding to an overall raise of 242,01 Euros.
In a second table, the minimum contractual wages for each level are projected from 2025 to 2028. Accordingly, the minimum contractual wage for a D1 level employee increases slowly over the four years, from 1.719,67 as of 31st May 2025, reaching 1.861,42 by the 1st June 2028. Similarly, the minimum contractual wage for an A1 level employee will increase from 2.935,91 as of 31st May 2025 to 3.177,92 by 1st June 2028.
So these wage increments are planned to be rolled out annually from 2025 until 2028 across all pay levels from D1 to A1 inclusive. The increments are expected to provide a push to the minimum contractual wages over time till 2028.
