Ania Insurance CCNL: Contents of the Platform

On June 27th, the unions Fisac-Cgil, Fist-Cisl, Fna, Snfia and Uilca submitted their platform for renewal, subject to approval from the National Union Bodies and the Assemblies of female and male workers from insurance companies. Among the proposed changes, they’re asking for the regulation of the right to disconnection, meaning that employees shouldn’t be involved in work tasks beyond their contractually agreed hours, through calls, text messages, video calls, or chats.

Another innovation brought forward is to ensure better protection for father-workers, with an increase in parental leave. For caregivers, more protection is being asked to ensure the reconciliation of work and family care needs.

In terms of economic demands, in addition to increases to protect workers from inflation, they’re also calling for economic parity at the 3rd administrative level of operations and recognition at the 5th level for team coordinators. Lastly, the unions are proposing to reduce the weekly working time by one hour spread out over five days.
