The Italian National Institute of Social Security (INPS) has extended the capability to manage one’s contributory position to small colony grantors and participating family members. Specifically, these individuals can now view and download notifications of the evaluation of the social security and welfare contribution due.
The institute reminds that intermediaries and other authorised entities can access the taxpayers’ Social Security Drawer with a valid delegation. This delegation is activated through services for companies and consultants, under the term “Delegate Management”.
The process requires the following steps:
– Access “Services for companies and consultants” and select “Delegate Management”.
– Search for the contributory position using a tax code.
– Select “Delegate from contributor” and then “Legal Representative/Holder” (if the personal data is already present in INPS, it will be filled automatically).
– Enter the starting date of the delegation and confirm the request after verifying the entered data.
The delegation becomes effective the day following the activation request.
