A new agreement was signed on July 4, 2025, by Anaepa Confartigianato, Cna Costruzioni, Fiae Casartigiani, Claai Edilizia, Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl, Fillea-Cgil which aims to implement the provisions stated in their respective category contracts. The aim is to address reports from Covip to the Fondo Prevedi regarding the growing gap between associated positions and contributing positions.
According to the new rules, for workers hired from July 1, 2025, the contractual contribution is only due for employment relationships lasting longer than three months. For work relationships exceeding this duration, the contractual contribution should be paid to the Fondo Prevedi from the fourth month of hiring onwards, including also the amount related to the first three months.
If a worker is hired who has already activated the payment to the Fondo Prevedi of additional contribution forms to the contractual contribution in a previous employment relationship, the contractual contribution will be paid by the company from the first month of the employment relationship.
Additionally, the agreement prescribes a specific wage payment to be made in different ways for employees and workers, if the employment relationship lasts less than three months.
