On July 23, the Uilcom-Uil released a statement confirming the proposed agreement for the renewal of the CCNL Cinematography contract, which would run from January 1, 2025, and expire on December 31, 2027.
Key features of the agreement include the classification of personnel with the introduction of new professional figures, the establishment of level 6S, and the addition of pay increases. For the 4th level, pay raises would total 360.00 euros and take place over five instalments as follows:
– 45.00 euros from January 1, 2025
– 45.00 euros from January 1, 2026
– 90.00 euros from July 1, 2026
– 90.00 euros from July 1, 2027
– 90.00 euros from January 1, 2028
One issue that remains unresolved pertains to self-employed workers operating in post-production companies. To this end, a specific meeting has been scheduled for July 30.
Concerning the approval process of this proposed agreement, assessments will take place during meetings to be held in September.
