On 10th July 2025, trade unions Confindustria Energia, Filctem-Cgil, Femca-Cisl and Uiltec-Uil reviewed the inflationary offset for the three-year period running from 2022-2024. With the IPCA-NEI 2024 value recorded at 1.3% as indicated by the latest ISTAT communication, and taking into account adjustments already made with previous contracts, a residual positive variance of 0.4% was noted.
To adjust for this, the unions agreed to subtract 10.00 euro from contractual minimums at level 4 and transfer it to the contractual Distinct Element of Remuneration (EDR), effective from July 2025. The updated tables showing the new values of the contractual minimums and EDR effective from July 2025 are as follows:
Monthly contractual minimums from July 1st, 2025 to July 1st, 2027 are indicated for different levels. For level 1/5, the minimums gradually increase from 3,513.55 euros to 3,748.10 euro. The increments continue coherently with level 2/4 ranging from 3,182.05 euros to 3,394.47 euros, level 3/4 from 2,881.73 euros to 3,074.11 euros, level 4/4 from 2,546.61 euros to 2,716.61 euros, level 5/4 from 2,233.24 euros to 2,382.32 euros, and level 6/0 from 1,942.80 euros to 2,072.49 euros.
For the Distinct Element of Remuneration (EDR), monthly amounts from July 1st, 2025 to January 1st, 2026 are given for different levels. For level 1, the EDR changes from 60.71 euros to 70.37 euros, level 2 from 54.98 euros to 63.73 euros, level 3 from 49.79 euros to 57.71 euros, level 4 from 44.00 euros to 51.00 euros, level 5 from 38.59 euros to 44.73 euros, and level 6 from 33.57 euros to 38.91 euros.
In summary, trade unions undertook a review of the inflationary offset for 2022-2024 and decided to subtract a specific amount from contractual minimums and transferred it to the contractual EDR, with the new values taking effect from July 2025. New tables for contractual minimums and EDR for the half year 2025-2026 are presented along with the five-year table, which runs from July 2025 to July 2027.
