On July 21, 2025, Union Organizations Flai-Cgil, Fai-Cisl, and Filbi Uil announced the approval of the proposed agreement signed on May 21, 2025, for the renewal of the contract concerning Consortium of Reclamation employees. This communication includes the revised wage amounts, considering the wage increases established by the said agreement, which will be implemented in two tranches, 3.0% from July 2025 and 2.2% from January 2026.
A calculation error was made in the previous ratification communication. SNEBI then corrected the hourly wages for the casual workers of the reclamation and land improvement, especially skilled workers, through a circular on July 28, 2025.
For employees who have been serving since July 15, 2000, the minimum wage for both period (1.7.2025 and 1.1.2026) across all areas (D, C, B ex 5/1, B ex 5/2, B ex 4/1, B ex 4/2, A and Q) have been revised. For example, in Area D for code 100, the increment from July 1, 2025, is 43.44, making the minimum wage 1501.35. The increase from January 1, 2026, is 32.81, making the minimum wage 1534.16. Similar adjustments have been made to different codes and areas.
Hourly wages from July 1, 2025, for casual workers have been established. The worker categories include common worker paragraph 100 and 104, qualified workers, specialized workers, and workers of paragraph 118, with the minimum wage for these categories set at 9.12, 9.48, 9.76, 10.58, and 10.76 respectively. In addition, an ‘element 3’ value is added to each category, resulting in a total of 11.90, 12.36, 12.73, 13.80 and 14.03.
Hourly wages from January 1, 2026, for casual workers were also set similarly. The minimum for these categories was increased to 9.32, 9.69, 9.97, 10.81, and 10.99 respectively. The ‘element 3’ figure was adjusted as well, making the total hourly wages 12.16, 12.64, 13.00, 14.10, and 14.33 for the respective categories.
