The National Joint Commission, which is composed of the employer’s association Fism and the union organizations Cisl-Scuola, Flc-Cgil, Snasal-Confas, recently met on the 24th June 2025 and 20th July 2025 to make decisions regarding the fund for supplementary health care
The parties reached an agreement, accordingly:
In the protocol of June 24, 2025, the Commission has:
– Identified Unisalute as the Negotiation Fund for Supplementary Health Care for the workers to whom the Fism CCNL applies;
– Applied changes to both Article 69, letter b of the 28 May 2025 CCNL, on the period of behaviour (in paragraph 7, the phrase “fall within the discipline of this paragraph” is replaced with “fall within the discipline of the previous paragraph”); and Article 74 Protection of Maternity and Paternity (it is established that the INPS allowance integration, as per paragraph 2, applies to alternative maternity and paternity leave, excluding the pre and post partum interdiction periods, beginning from the 28th May 2025, which is the contract signing date).
In the protocol of July 20, 2025, following the awarding of the Assistance Fund to Unisalute, the commission ruled:
– The amount of the contribution of the schools which was determined to be €84.50 per year for each worker, or €7.042 monthly;
– In the initial implementation phase of the Supplementary Assistance Institute, an additional deadline for those schools which were unable to provide their staff data to Unisalute or the corresponding Mutual Fund by September 1 will be in place. Therefore, schools will now have until October 31, 2025 to do so.
Nevertheless, Unisalute’s regulations for reimbursement of services to employees in cases where there have been delays in data communication from schools will remain valid.
