The Bilateral Body of Lazio offers an economic incentive to affiliated companies, aimed at promoting the stabilization of working relationships with the objective of encouraging new permanent hires. Qualified companies registered with the Entity, and in good standing with the payment of contributions for at least 12 months, can access the “Support for stable employment” service. This service includes the delivery of a one-time financial contribution.
This bonus is granted in cases where a fixed-term employment contract is transformed into an open-ended employment contract. These cases can include the hiring of a mother of minor children, or the employment of personnel who have attended training courses promoted by EBIT Lazio.
Each company can submit two requests for a contribution per calendar year. The amount of the incentive is 1,000 euros for full-time employment contracts and 500.00 euros for part-time contracts of at least 20 hours per week. Applications must be submitted within six months from the date of hiring or transformation, and in any case, no later than December 31 of the reference year. These applications should be accompanied by the documentation provided for the specific type of intervention.
