Effective from January 1, 2026, and valide until December 31, 2028, Federalberghi and Manageritalia signed a memorandum of understanding on December 22, 2025, to renew the contract that involves 219 executives in the hotel industry.
The agreement introduced several new measures including:
– A gross monthly increase of 690.00 euro, divided into three equal tranches of 230.00 euro. These additional payments will be given every January from 2026 to 2028.
– An increase of 110.00 euro to the value of food and accommodation.
– A welfare credit of 1,500.00 euro.
– The inclusion of new social and demographic protections.
– The promotion of self-training and the expansion of the scope of application for active policies for relocation.
– The introduction of measures for gender parity and salary transparency.
