On December 22, 2025, Confetra and Manageritalia signed an agreement to renew the contract for executives of freight transport and shipping companies, logistics services, and combined transport, effective from January 1, 2026.
New minimum wages are established as follows: €4,550 from January 1, 2026; €4,780 from January 1, 2027; and €5,000 from January 1, 2028.
The parties have also agreed that companies must provide a contractual welfare credit worth a minimum of €2,000 per year. If an executive has not used all or part of the welfare contribution provided by the previous renewal by the end of 2025, they may choose to defer the credit to the following year or allocate it to the Mario Negri Fund.
If no communication is provided regarding the destination of the remaining welfare amount by December 31, 2025, it will be reaccredited in 2026.
Finally, new measures have been introduced related to additional pensions, sickness and accident benefits, vacations, and gender equity.
