On January 16, 2026, a meeting was held between Ance Lecco Sondrio, Confartigianato Imprese Sondrio, and various worker unions from the Sondrio Province to review the economic trends of the building sector, linked with results obtained in productivity, profitability, quality, efficiency, and innovation.
The parties involved agreed that the Variable Element of Remuneration (EVR) earned in 2025, to be defined and paid at the provincial level in 2026 for employees of construction and similar industrial and artisan companies in the Sondrio Province, is equal to 4% of the standard pay base and salary in effect as of July 1, 2014, and May 4, 2022, respectively for industrial and construction-related artisan companies.
Each company will have to carry out a verification process regarding the calculated EVR, applying criteria set out in the agreement of December 1, 2022, to which they comply. Companies just starting will pay a fixed amount, while subsequent years will see a comparison year by year and biennium by biennium of regional parameters.
The Construction Assistance Fund of the Sondrio provinces will provide individual companies data regarding hours worked for the years under review (2022-2025).
If both company parameters are equal or positive compared to the previous three years, the company will pay the EVR set amount. No EVR will be given if both are negative. If just one parameter is negative, the company will disburse EVR equivalent to 50% of the amounts defined in this provincial agreement.
Industrial companies’ hourly EVR amounts range from 0.26400 (for 4th level workers) to 0.15080 (for workers with accommodation). Monthly EVR amounts for employees range from 65,228.40 (for 7th level personnel) to 32,614.40 (for 1st level personnel).
Artisan companies’ EVR amounts are the same as the industrial companies, categorized in a daily format for full-time employees (spread over a conventional 20-day month), ranging from 3.26143 (for 7th level workers) to 1.63072 (for 1st level workers).
