In a press release on January 28, 2026, Fisascat-Cisl announced the restart of negotiations for the renewal of the collective agreement of private pharmacies. These talks, scheduled for February 4, involve trade unions signatories of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) and Federfarma, the employers’ federation. These negotiations come in the aftermath of a strike held on November 6th.
The platform submitted by the unions to Federfarma includes measures such as pay increases, reclaiming the purchasing power eroded by inflation, a revision of staff classification, and more protections concerning illnesses, accidents, and work hours on Sundays and holidays. The trade unions hope for progress and are aiming to conclude negotiations swiftly.
