Ente Bilaterale Artigianato Veneto has confirmed that for the fiscal year 2025, it will provide financial assistance to artisan companies in Veneto for the reimbursement of mandatory health checkup costs for their employees. Accordingly, companies can recover a portion of the costs incurred for required medical care for their employees undertaken during 2025.
Applications for such reimbursements can be submitted until the deadline of April 30, 2026. However, only the cost of individual visits or checkups can be subject to such refunds. Costs related to administrative fees, annual charges, or site investigation costs are not covered within the scope of such reimbursements. Additionally, company owners, partners, and family collaborators are not eligible for this program.
The reimbursement amount is equal to 50% of the expenses (excluding VAT), within the following annual limits:
1. For companies in the Metalworking, Textile, Wood, Glass, Chemical, and Communications sectors, the reimbursement amounts to €30 per employee and €210 per company (for a maximum of 7 employees).
2. For companies in the Food, Bakers, Goldsmiths, Dental Technicians, and People Transport sectors, the reimbursement amounts to €40 per employee and €280 per company (for up to 7 employees).
3. For companies in the Freight Transport, Cleaning, Hairdressing and Aesthetics sectors, the reimbursement amounts to €50 per employee and €350 per company (for upto 7 employees).
The aid will be distributed within three months from the service expiry date, i.e., July 2026, or until the funds are exhausted. The grant, being considered as business revenue for the company, is subject to a tax deduction of 4%.
