On January 8, 2026, Confimprenditori and Filcom-Fismic Confsal renewed the CCNL Terziario Avanzato contract related to the field of advanced consulting, information technology, ICT, and advanced services. The renewal runs from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2029. In the event of termination, from the 1st day to the 4th month after the CCNL expiration date, contract workers must receive a contractual holiday indemnity.
One of the key updates in the renewal includes new minimum wage figures, as outlined in the following tables.
From January 1, 2026 to June 1, 2029, the wages for various job ‘levels’ including “Dirigente” (Manager), “Quadro” (Executive), “A1” and “A2,” “B1” and “B2,” “C1” and “C2,” and “D1” and “D2” will increase annually. For example, the salary of “Dirigente” will increase from €4,522.97 in 2026 to €4,903.64 in 2029. Similarly, the salary of “Quadro” will rise from €3,351.87 in 2026 to €3,633.81 in 2029, and so on for all categories.
Moreover, the salaries of different operating categories, including “Oper. Gest,” “Oper. Cat. 1,” “Oper. Cat. 2,” and “Oper. Cat. 3,” will also increase annually from January 1, 2026, to June 1, 2029. For instance, the wage of “Oper. Gest” will rise from €1,882.67 in 2026 to €2,037.86 in 2029. The salary of “Oper. Cat. 1” will increase from €1,713.44 in 2026 to €1,855.68 in 2029, and so on for all categories.
The agreed renewal ensures that workers’ wages within these categories will gradually increase over the next four years, reflecting changes in the economy and the living standards. The termination condition included in the updated contract protects the rights of employees, providing them with financial coverage within a certain period after contract termination.
The comprehensive review and timely renewal of the contract helps to maintain and improve the working conditions of employees in the targeted sectors, ensuring that the agreed terms are kept up-to-date with shifts in the socio-economic environment. Such measures will potentially enhance job satisfaction and motivation among workers, thus contributing to increased productivity and overall sector performance.
