On February 16, 2026, Assologistica and Manageritalia signed an agreement for the renewal of the CCNL for logistics company managers. The agreement will take effect from January 1, 2026, and will expire on December 31, 2028. This contract introduces multiple changes from an economic and regulatory standpoint.
The agreement includes wage increases for managers. From March 1, 2026, they are slated to receive an additional 250 euros per month.This will increase to 300 euros from January 1, 2027, and further to 200 euros from January 1, 2028. These raises can be absorbed by wage increases granted by companies after July 31, 2025, with the exception of increases explicitly exempted from absorption.
Thus, beginning March 1, 2026, a manager’s minimum monthly wage cannot in any case already be lower than 4,200 euros. This wage floor will increase to 4,500 euros from January 1, 2027, and to 4,700 euros from January 1, 2028. Also included in this agreement is a one-time payment of 500 euros in June 2026 for managers on staff at the contract’s signing.
For the three-year period 2026-2028 inclusive, companies will credit a minimum contractual welfare credit of 2,000 euros per year. If a manager has not utilized the entire welfare allotment by the end of 2025, they have the option to roll it into the following year or donate it to the Mario Negri Fund. If no designation is communicated by December 31, 2025, any remaining welfare amount is automatically rolled over into 2026. The same rule applies to unused welfare credit in 2026, 2027, and 2028.
Concerning the professional training contribution, an increase of 36 euros annually is planned for the years 2026, 2027, and 2028. This contribution is equally divided between the employer and the manager at 18 euros each. Therefore, from January 1, 2026, up until December 31, 2028, the annual contribution equals 308 euros from the employer and 148 euros from the manager.
Effective January 1, 2026, the contribution to the “Mario Negri” complementary pension fund is set at 2.52%, rising to 2.57% from January 1, 2027, and to 2.62% from January 1, 2028.
