In accordance with the agreement of December 9, 2025, a one-time payment will be made to all workers in service as of the date of signing of the agreement and also on the dates of delivery of the tranches planned. The first tranche of €100,00 gross will be paid as part of the March 2026 remuneration for covering the period from January 1 to June 30, 2025. The second tranche of an equivalent amount, will be paid with the wages of June 2026.
This one-time payment is given to workers eligible proportionately according to the months of service rendered in the period from January 1 to June 30, 2025. For this purpose, fractions of months equal to or greater than 15 days are rounded up to the next whole month, neglecting the amounts less than that.
The one-time amount is proportionately reduced to staff members with part-time contracts in relation to their reduced working hours. This amount does not accrue for periods of absence that do not entitle the worker to receive payment from the company.
This one-time amount is not relevant for any contractual and/or legal purposes. It is for company bargaining to define possible alternative and replacement methods of remuneration equal to the one-time payment as planned, at the times of disbursement.
