On January 23, 2026, Confimprese Italia and Fesica signed an agreement for the employees of Associations and Other Third Sector Organizations. As per the agreement, aside from the general personnel classification, a specific job descriptions manual was introduced for the personnel of Associations/Entities operating in the IA sector.
Among the new professional classifications are:
1. Software and Machine Learning Engineers who create machine learning algorithms and software systems integrating AI technologies.
2. Data Engineers who implement platforms, tools, and data to simplify the development and training process of machine learning models. These professionals understand automation techniques, model selection, hyperparameter optimization, and feature selection.
3. Sustainability Managers who incorporate the concept of IA sustainability within the company context through long-term plans.
4. Behavioral and Cognitive Scientists who contribute to understanding human behaviors and design AI systems that reason in similar ways.
5. AI Consultants who provide strategic advice to Associations/Entities on the implementation and use of AI.
Furthermore, amendments have been made to Article 9 of the CCNL signed on July 20, 2023, regarding supplementary health care. Therefore, a monthly contribution of 15.00 euros is due for financing to OB Italia Salute for each worker. The company bears 13.00 euros, and the worker bears 2.00 euros of this amount, which is to be paid for 12 months.
