On March 4, 2026, social parties reached an agreement to determine the variable element of remuneration at the province level for the year 2026. This variable element of remuneration was set at 2%. The evaluation of the indicators was based on the data acquired from the Construction Fund of the province of Avellino. The comparison was made between the three-year period 2025-2023 and the triennium 2024-2022.
According to the comparison, two out of four indicators were positive, accounting for a weighted score of 50%. Thus, the amount of the Variable Element of the Remuneration in the territory of Avellino and its province is equal to 50% of the maximum amount, i.e., 2% of the minimums in effect as of July 1, 2014.

In conclusion, the agreement stipulates that different levels of employees and workers should receive different percentages of their remuneration as a variable element. This agreement acknowledges and appreciates the various skill levels and roles within the labor force by allocating a variable wage element proportionate to their levels.
