On March 17, 2026, the Association of Artisans and Small Enterprises-Confartigianato Trentino and the National Union Federations- Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl, and Fillea-Cgil of Trentino signed a protocol relating to the Performance Award for the year 2026, in accordance with the CIPL agreement of June 13, 2012, in the “Wood & Stone” sector.
The agreement follows an indicator measuring profitability during the three-year mobile period 2022-2024, which recorded an index of 20.43%. Both parties have agreed that, as of March 1, 2026, the value of the Performance Award for employees of artisan businesses will be determined by the amounts shown in the following table:
For the Wood & Stone sector:
– For Level AS-A, category > 18%, the monthly value will be 110.00 euros.
– For Level B, category > 18%, the monthly value will be 100.00 euros.
– For Level CS, category > 18%, the monthly value will be 98.00 euros.
– For Level D, category > 18%, the monthly value will be 95.00 euros.
– For Level E, category > 18%, the monthly value will be 92.00 euros.
– For Level F, category > 18%, the monthly value will be 86.00 euros.
The above values reflect the consensus reached by both parties- the Association of Artisans and Small Enterprises-Confartigianato Trentino and the National Union Federations- Feneal-Uil, Filca-Cisl, and Fillea-Cgil of Trentino, to fairly reward the employees for their contributions to the profitability of the businesses. The valuation of the rewards has been appropriately based on the profitability index recorded over a three-year period, thereby highlighting continued performance and contribution. Hence, these Performance Awards will serve to boost employee morale and performance while also fortifying the profitability of these artisan businesses.
